1. What services do you offer?
We provide a full range of car wash and detailing services including exterior wash, interior cleaning and upholstery care

2. Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes, booking an appointment is required for any service.

3. How long does a full detail take?
Depending on the size and condition of your vehicle, a complete detail usually takes between 2–4 hours. All our timings are based on approximation and are provided with each service package.

4. Are your products safe for use on my car?
Yes, all our products are eco-friendly, pH-balanced, and safe for your vehicle’s paint and wax, interior, and the environment.

5. Do you provide ceramic application and paint restoration?
No, we do not cater for ceramic application yet. Also we do not do any works on paint restoration, correction or application - you will have to go to an autobody works center for those.

6. Do you provide steam cleaning services?
No, we do not provide steam cleaning as of yet.

7. Are you able to come to my location or do I have to bring my car to your business premises?
Yes, we are able to come to your location -> we offer mobile detailing services where we bring our professional equipment and products right to your doorstep.
You can also leave your car at the business premises as well for the services.

8. Is there a wait area at the business premises?
Unfortunately no. You will have to leave your vehicle for the period of treatment until notified for pickup.

9. What would I as a client be required to provide?
All we need from you is a water connection source and a power source to carry out the services at the client’s location.

10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and online payment options for your convenience.
